Ever since Bunnie ran away in issue #235, we haven't seen hide nor hair of her. She's been feeling vulnerable ever since Naugus deroboticized her, and she became painfully conscious of her limitations after her husband was gravely injured while defending the royal family. Bunnie has been roboticized for so long, I feel like she lost her identity along with her bionics. If that's true, she might do something rash like seek help from her Uncle Beauregard and the Dark Egg Legion in exchange for her servitude.
I would really hate for this to happen. Bunnie isn't making this choice rationally, she's making it out of guilt. She's at a critical juncture, and I fear that she's going to ruin her life by squandering a chance Robians have longed for. I can't imagine how her friends will take it, since this choice essentially flies in the face of everything the Freedom Fighters stand for. At this point I see no other course it can take (although you're welcome to post an alternative), but there's no going back for Bunnie after this.

You have to remember one thing: Beauregard is not a heartless uncle, that he would just send his niece on the evil side. He's happy that Bunnie is a Freedom Fighter and he loves her and I don't think THIS is going to happen. If it happens then Bunnie has to be saved by her Uncle OR Antoine.
Judging by the consideration he showed towards Mighty, you're probably right about Beauregard's character. Still, Bunnie was seen in silhouette at his camp, and you have to wonder what she'd be doing there if not to seek help from the Dark Egg Legion.
This artwork is AWESOME! But I have to agree I'm worry that Bunnie will join the Dark egg Legion, I hope that doesn't happen as she really a good character in Sonic.
With the choice that Bunnie has made, i fear that she is blindly selling her soul to Eggman and as a result she could either
a) be brainwashed and turned evil via mind control like Sally
b) retain her free will but could still very well be forced to turn against her friends as she will probably be fitted with cybernetics, thus forced to obey Eggman otherwise if she disobeys him, then, well....Look at what the Iron Queen did to Lien-da in issue 211 and you'll know what i'm talking about. And given how much of a bragging psychopath Eggman has been lately, that seems very likely
If a cerebral bomb is the worst Eggman can do, I don't think Bunnie has much to worry about. I mean, Regina detonated the one in Lien-Da's head, but Eggman managed to put Humpty-Dumpty back together again. Seriously, how did Lien-Da survive a bomb exploding inside her head? These echidnas have got some chutzpah!
