MMX7 Maverick Interviews

This was made back when MMX7 was announced (yay!) for the Playstation 2 (boo!). When a new MMX game is announced, I always wonder what new Mavericks will rear their ugly heads in this latest installment. I didn't expect much at the time, actually, since Capcom's Reploid designs have been pretty poor lately. So just to poke fun at them, I tossed together this short strip with some of the most absurd Mavericks I could think of.

This was actually my first attempt at using screentones in Photoshop. Since I didn't know about the Colour Halftone filter back then, I had to copy & paste differnt screentone scans I found on Google. It was a pretty harrowing experience, and I'm glad I don't have to go through that again. I mean, just look at the horrible lack of contrast! Pity me, people. -_-
