These are two of his characters, his alias New Era Outlaw and ~~Waterbender~~ Crystal. He likes to spend a lot of time with character design, so I thought I'd try offering my own interpretation of his bespectacled cowboy. I played around with a few designs before I showed him this one. Unfortunately, he described it as a bit "too Gungrave" for his liking. I swear, I'd never even heard of the series before then, but I can certainly see the resemblance. I guess it's just one of those situations where all the good ideas have already been done. *sigh*
